目的:探讨联合应用屈螺酮炔雌醇片和二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效观察。方法:分析30例PCOS患者服药(撤退性出血或月经自然来潮第1天服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(II)及二甲双胍3个周期)前后临床表现、盆腔超声相、血清生殖性激素和胰岛素、空腹血糖及血脂的变化。结果:⑴服药后,30例患者均有撤退性出血,2例出现服药过程中点滴出血,12例患者恢复排卵性月经;⑵血清黄体生成素(LH)、黄体生成素/促卵泡生成素比值(IH/FSH)、睾酮(T)水平显著下降(P<0.01);⑶血清胰岛素(INS)水平下降(P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)降低(P<0.01)。结论:联合应用屈螺酮炔雌醇片和二甲双胍治疗PCOS患者,可缓解临床症状,降低胰岛素水平,使血浆中基础性激素水平、卵巢形态、血脂水平得到相应改善。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of drospirone ethinylestradiol and metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods: The paper retrospectively analyzed clinical manifestations,pelvic ultrasound phase, serum reproductive hormones and insulin, fasting blood glucose and blood lipids of 30 PCOS patients before and after medication(on the 1 st day of withdrawal bleeding or natural menstruation were given pirospirone ethinylestradiol tablet(II) and metformin for 3 cycles). Results:(1)After taking the drug, all the 30 patients had withdrawal bleeding, 2 patients had intravenous drip bleeding during taking the drug, 12 patients resumed ovulatory menstruation;(2)The levels of LH, IH/FSH and T were significantly decreased(P<0.01);(3)Serum insulin(INS) levels decreased(P<0.01) and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C) levels decreased(P<0.01). Conclusion:Combined application of pirospirone ethinylestradiol tablets and metformin in the treatment of PCOS patients can alleviate clinical symptoms, reduce insulin levels, and improve the level of basic sex hormones, ovarian morphology and blood lipid in plasma.
