<正>近年来,随着我国人民生活水平的逐步提高,冠心病(coronary artery disease,CAD)的发病率明显增高,严重威胁着人们的健康与生命。在冠状动脉病变的影像学诊断领域,导管法造影检查一直被公认为是金标准,但它属于有创检查,具有潜在的危险性,检查费用高,且有一定的禁忌证及危险性。近年来,随着亚秒级64排螺旋CT和心电门控技术的问世,多排螺旋CT multislice spiral CT(MSCT)冠状动脉成像己广泛应用于临床,本文复习了近年来
